  • Empowered Team. We empower our Customer Care group to make decisions quickly for our customers; each member has the authorisation to make all decisions regarding meeting our customers’ needs.
  • Inventory Commitment. We maintain sufficient inventory at all times to ensure we have product when our customers need it, even through unexpected market conditions.
  • Shipment Promise. We ship all orders of 10 pallets or less on the same day received; orders of 10 pallets or more will ship the day after the order is received.

We believe in person-to-person contact to ensure every order is right. During business hours, every call is answered by a trained customer care representative. From the moment a property trusts us with their business, we work tirelessly to ensure the property is provided with everything it needs to maintain the level of service its own guests have come to expect.
