• Potential suppliers are audited and pre-certified before purchasing approval is given.
• Incoming inspection of components ensures dimensional, functional, and visual specifications are met.
• Raw materials are sampled and tested before they are released to manufacturing.
• Formulations are sampled and tested before released to filling.
• Product standards and product retains are maintained in the Quality Assurance Laboratory.
• Line surveillance ensures that product quality is consistent during manufacturing and product quality meets or exceeds the finished goods product standards.
• Quality Assurance audits provide a final, independent assurance of conforming product quality.
• For all sourced finished goods, the same internal processes are applied (we certify our vendors as they must prove compliance with our global quality and process standards).
• All liquid products intended for hair and body care and dental rinse are lot and date coded for tracking and safety.
