Shipping Details

We offer a range of shipping options, all of which are presented during the checkout process. Charges are based on the total weight of your order, your location, and the method of delivery.

We offer $7.95 flat-rate standard (ground) shipping to addresses within the continental U.S. Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Canadian shipments require expedited service (brokerage fees, duties and taxes are included). We currently do not deliver to PO/APO Boxes.

Orders are generally shipped the day after they are received. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). All orders are shipped from our Indianapolis, Indiana warehouse; delivery time depends on your selected method of shipment and location. Transit time stimates are provided during the checkout process.

Situations in which you should call us for a shipping quote include:

• If you are shipping outside of the United States or Canada.
• If you require Saturday delivery.
• If you are ordering on a Friday and require Saturday or Monday delivery.
• If your order is over 100 pounds.
