Refund Policy
We offer high quality cosmetic-grade formulations and soaps and we trust that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days from your receipt of the merchandise. At your request, we will:
- Replace or exchange the merchandise, or
- Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (once the return items have been received)
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Return Procedure
We accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise; the purchase price will be refunded to your credit card account once the return items have been received. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you would like to return merchandise, simply call or send an email with the tracking number to the Customer Care department and ship the item(s) along with the original packing list to us at:

Please enclose your packing slip with your order number along with a short note reason for the return. Please provide Customer Care with the tracking number so that we may check when the return is scanned into our warehouse. If the tracking info is not provided to the Customer Care department, we cannot verify the return.
